:a15:Is it possible to put a firmware with different model id but with a same HW version on a receiver? My receiver is sunny ;HW : 12.C1.A5and my model id is AT-9030CIX, I want to put a new firm ware with HW=12.C1.A5 and and with my model id. Is it possible? I have heard it is possible, I heard when HW versions are similar we can put new firmware with different model id on receiver by erasing flash memory. Is it true? Please Guide me.
yes it is possible the hardware has to be the same version in this case 12c1a5 it can be from sunny also kaon and stream emu software but right now i think they are all the same you can watch d+ polsat +tps, tps is auto but the adder channel you have to insert keys ore use kke files
